Alex Nerland and Lisa Signoff, the husband-and-wife duo, are at the helm of the company. Nerland, a UC Berkeley Architecture graduate, brings over two decades of experience in buying and remodeling houses in San Francisco. His extensive hands-on involvement in every aspect of the process led him to obtain his Contractor License in 2002. Signoff, a University of Georgia graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business, has been collaborating with Alex on NBR projects for over ten years. Notably, she holds a California Real Estate Broker license and contributes her expertise in design to the firm's endeavors.
