INNER RICHMOND ATTIC BUILDOUT

Empty, useless space above a home was transformed into a dream ATTIC space — complete with Den, Office, Bedroom, Walk-in Closet and a full Bathroom!!

NBR started with rafters and a ton of storage space and transformed it into a beautiful ATTIC space. The homeowner had no entry/stairs into the area and an odd shaped attic due to heating ducts and other mechanical functions. Working with the existing space to minimize cost and without changing any of the mechanical, NBR created a 600sqft beautiful space including a seamless continuation of the existing entry staircase into the Attic. NBR also added skylights to bring more light into the space. Using creativity and smart space planning, NBR over delivered adding more square footage and storage than expected — delighting the homeowner!
