On the same block as NBR’s 2015 Lone Mountain project (in fact the yards back up to each other!), NBR was lucky to get their hands on this empty gem of a space. Maintaining a 1 car garage, NBR created a den with french patio doors to the yard, a Bedroom, an office and a full laundry room. NBR also built a custom wet bar perfect for entertaining! Custom stairs opening up the entry of the main house completed this space. NBR also got the chance to remove a wall into the dining room significantly improving the floor of the entire main floor. We also created a zen, sanctuary space in the homeowner’s interior patio.
