LAKE STREET RESIDENCE

This Lake Street Residence was a wonderful smaller project for NBR. A guest bathroom was created from a tiny pantry and a master bathroom/closet was added to the master bedroom. The entire back of the house was reconfigured. NBR took apart the spaces, recreated a more functional home and put the Victorian back together as if the new additions were always part of the home. Great use of space and much more functionality for the homeowners.
