NBR created a masterpiece out of 2 outdated flats in San Francisco. Both flats were 2 bedroom/1 bathroom (split bath). By moving the kitchen to the front of the house, NBR created 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms– and a much more pleasing updated family friendly layout. This was all done without sacrificing the integrity or charm of the 1900’s Victorian.
