LAKE STREET MEDIA/FAMILY/GUSET/OFFICE SPACE

NBR used creativity to carve out space from a garage and constructed a beautiful living area for the family: a media/theater room, a guest bedroom, an office space, and a new bathroom. We even built a custom space for the family dog, Cady. She shares her space with the AV equipment for the media room.

After excavating down to get 8ft ceiling heights, we also built a trade entrance along with a sweet outdoor patio off the office/bedroom. Don't miss the beverage center on the right side of the custom desk, close to the french doors. Entertaining at its best!
