An unbelievable TRANSFORMATION in Bernal Heights! This Bernal home barely had a kitchen, and it had an awkward wall separating the tiny kitchen from the Living Room. NBR dramatically changed the look and feel of the entire home by updating the kitchen, tearing down the wall between the kitchen and Living Room and adding a deck.
Furthering the transformation and adding space and value to the homeowners, Alex Nerland- Builder and Founder of NBR- personally built a custom Dining Room table that acts as a peninsula to the kitchen while not in use as a Dining Room table. The homeowners can move the table off the wall to seat 8 guests. The bottom portion of the table legs twist off which allows the table to become standard dining table height. The homeowners found the solution ingenious for their small space.
